Creamy flavor with hints of hazelnut and mushrooms
America's favorite Brie since 1936 is produced in Normandy, France. Ile de France is a double cream Brie with a straw-yellow paste and a downy white rind.
A savory party treat, serve with smoked salmon or prosciutto and / or apples and pears.

ILE DE FRANCE® Party Baked Brie

4 stick butter, softened
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp. flour
1 green apple, peeled and diced
4 -13 oz. Ile de France® Party Brie

Place Brie in freezer for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together except the Brie.
Spread a 1/4-cup of the mixture on top of each Brie, creating a thin layer of topping.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
Serve with plain water crackers or toast points.

Makes 4 baked Brie
