Ile de France® Chevre is a traditional fresh goat cheese from the French Rhône Alps where goats produce distinctly rich-tasting milk, making this chèvre creamy and flavorful.
Delicious when served in salads or use as a topping.

ILE DE FRANCE® Goat Cheese Baked in Tomato Sauce

1 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 oz. Ile de France® Goat cheese
  salt and fresh black pepper
1 Tbsp. basil, cut in thin strips
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pour tomato sauce in a buttered baking dish.
Cut cheese into even rounds and place on sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbling.
Garnish with cut basil and drizzle with the olive oil.

Serves: 6
