A new taste creation. a combination of creamy, virgin White Stilton with the sweet taste of apricots. A sheer delight that is excellent on bread, and is an ideal cheese for breakfast.

DAIRY CREST® White Stilton with Apricots Chopped Salad

2 Tbsp.	honey
1/2 cup	champagne
1 Tbsp.	mint, chopped
1	green apple, diced
1	red apple, diced
1 cup	red grapes, in half
1	orange, segmented
1	nectarine, diced
8 oz.	Dairy Crest® White Stilton with Apricots

In a small bowl mix honey, champagne and mint.
Mix chopped fruit and champagne mixture together and let stand for one hour.
Before serving, mix fruit and cheese together.

Serves: 6
